Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SUBSTØR platform, operated by Latentia Labs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. “We” and “us” below mean Latentia Labs.
Use of the platform
SUBSTØR provides molecular substitution intelligence for research and formulation purposes. Recommendations are decision support tools and do not replace laboratory validation or regulatory review before a candidate is used in a product.
Intellectual property
All content, software and models made available through the platform remain the property of Latentia Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission.
Limitation of liability
SUBSTØR is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform output, including candidates that later fail lab validation or regulatory requirements.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
