Included in every engagement

An NDA before anything technical

We sign before you share a structure, a formulation or a supplier constraint.

Your structures stay yours

Never shared with other customers, never used to train shared models.

Explainable output

Every candidate comes with the reasoning and constraints it was scored against — not a black-box score.

A written quote before we start

Fixed scope, fixed deliverables and a fixed timeline, agreed in writing.

What moves the number

Ingredients in scope

The main driver. One ingredient is a contained study; a portfolio view is a different exercise.

Depth of the analysis

A ranked shortlist, multi-criteria scoring, or a full regulatory and function review.

Deliverables

A decision-ready report, a committee-ready document, or a working dashboard prototype.

Integration

Whether the engagement stops at findings or extends to a roadmap for your own systems.

Before you ask

Can we sign an NDA before sharing anything?

Yes. We sign an NDA before any technical discussion, and before you send us a structure, a formulation or a supplier constraint.

What do you need from us to start?

A source ingredient — a name, a CAS number or a SMILES string — and the constraints that matter to you: safety, sourcing, cost or regulatory status. No proprietary formula is required to scope the work.

Is this only for cosmetics?

Cosmetics has the deepest coverage today, and that is where these engagements are most mature. The same engine applies to polymers, materials and metallurgy — tell us your domain and we will say honestly where it stands.

What happens after the proof of concept?

{{TODO: describe what follows a POC — an ongoing licence, a further engagement, nothing? State whether the POC fee is credited against it, since buyers ask this before committing}}

What are the payment terms?

{{TODO: state the payment schedule, e.g. 40% on signature and 60% on delivery, and the invoicing terms}}

Tell us what you need to substitute

Send us the ingredient and the constraint that is forcing the decision. We will come back with the format that fits and a written quote.
