Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Latentia Labs, established in France. Full identification details are given in our Legal Notice. You can reach us about anything on this page at latentia.labs@gmail.com.

Data collected through the contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, professional email address, company, role, domain of interest and message you provide. All of these fields are required — we ask for nothing optional, and we collect no other personal data through this site. Submission requires your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box before sending.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your request and, where you become a customer, to deliver the SUBSTØR platform. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the initial contact, and the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) once a business relationship begins.

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, or for as long as needed to pursue a business relationship. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Who processes this data

Submissions are transmitted by email using Resend (resend.com), and the site itself is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both act as our sub-processors and only handle data on our instructions. Neither is used to train any model.

Transfers outside the European Union

Resend and Vercel are established in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the EU. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection, and Vercel additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We make no other transfer outside the EU.

Cookies

This site does not currently set any analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies — only what your browser needs to load the page. Because of that, no cookie consent banner is shown. If that changes, this page will be updated first and a banner will be added before any non-essential cookie is set.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and can withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us at latentia.labs@gmail.com. We answer within one month, as required by the GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we are established in France, ours is the CNIL — cnil.fr. You may equally complain to the authority of the country where you live or work.
